This week, the latest – a Medal of Honor – was presented by the King of Sweden H.M. Carl XVI Gustaf to the 47-year-old native of Södertälje for his sporting achievements. Afterwards, the World No.6 commented online, “Honored to get this medal today from H.M Carl XVI Gustaf at the Royal Palace in Stockholm.” See related image below.

Of course, Fredricson has also won medals at the Olympics, World Championships and European Championships over the years, and was previously awarded the Jerring Prize for the country's Male Athlete of the Year. Image below from Peder Fredricson on Instagram.
