The Nations Cup USA is scheduled for February 13–17 at Deeridge Farms in Wellington, Florida, host of this past weekend’s World Cup qualifier.

On the squad for this first competition of the 2019 season are: Margie Engle, Laura Kraut, Beezie Madden (fresh off her victory in the $209,000 Great American Grand Prix), Devin Ryan and McLain Ward. They will be aiming to start off U.S. campaign strongly in the North/Central America and Caribbean division, as the country aims for a place in the worldwide Final, won last year by Belgium in Barcelona.

The next qualifier internationally is set for Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates (Middle East division) a week later, while Coapexpan in Mexico will host the second event for the United States, Canada, Mexico and others in May. Langley, in British Columbia, Canada, rounds out the continental trilogy in May and June. European qualifying gets underway in La Baule, France in May as well. The 2019 global Final is back in Barcelona, from October 3–6.
