Dujardin Withdraws WEG Medallist Ride From Olympia

The London International Horse Show  at Olympia which begins in ten days, will be missing WEG 2018 bronze medallist horse, Mount St John Freestyle in the FEI World Cup Dressage qualifiers, after rider Charlotte Dujardin was forced to withdraw her new star.

The mare has recently suffered  from a cough and although back in work it was felt that Olympia would come too soon for her. Instead, Dujardin will partner Hawtins Delicato, more recently ridden by  her friend and mentor Carl Hester, which will leave Hester in a training role for the British show.

Other British riders include Richard Davison and Hayley Watson Greaves  who wil all have to be on top form to repel the foreign challenge led by Edward Gal of the Netherlands, himself a former Olympia winner with Morlands Totillas, who also went on to win at the Finals.
