Live stream: Eight out of the top ten riders in the world at Brussels Stephex Masters

Over the coming weeks, there will be no shortage of world-class show jumping competitions across the planet, including the CSIO 5* Masters at Spruce Meadows in Canada and of course the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games in the United States, whose show jumping component begins on September 19. But this weekend, the stars of the sport are almost all to be found in Belgium, at the CSI 5* Brussels Stephex Masters. A link to the event's live stream is below.

Indeed, eight of the top ten-ranked riders in the world are there: Smolders, Fredericson, Lamaze, Ehning, Deuter, Von Ackermann, Staut, Harrington. And they will be facing many of the other best athletes in the sport: names like Devos, Guerdat, Delestre, Bruynseels, Philippaerts, Van der Vleuten, Wathelet, De Luca, Ahlmann, Lynch, Allen, Kraut, Weishaupt, Brash and Bost.

The competition was created by Stephan Conter, founder and CEO of the Stephex Group, whose Stephex Stables are the home of top riders like Deusser and De Luca, and which has produced legendary steeds like Eric Lamaze’s Hickstead.

Maikel Van der Vleuten and Scott Brash have already won 5* classes this year, and the show will culminate in Sunday’s €300,000 1.60m Grand Prix. To follow the competition live, here is a link to the live stream.
