Clarbec owners and French rider Pénélope Leprevost end partnership

France's Clarbec stud farm and top French rider Pénélope Leprevost announced this morning that they are parting ways. The decision was made public in a press release, translated by Grand Prix below. 

"In consultation with the French Equestrian Federation, the Clarbec stud farm and Pénélope Leprevost have decided to end their partnership as concerns Clarbec’s high-level stables operation. Both Clarbec and Pénélope Leprevost are proud that their close relationship has been marked by great sporting successes, including at the World Equestrian Games in Normandy (silver Team medal with Flora de Mariposa – editor’s note), Olympic Games in Rio (Team gold medal with Flora de Mariposa – editor’s note), at the Longines World Cup Final in Las Vegas (second place with Vagabond de la Pomme – editor’s note) and Gothenburg, and numerous Grand Prix victories and Nations Cups with Nayana, Topinambour, Flora de Mariposa, Vagabond de la Pomme, and Ratina d’la Rousserie…
 
The Clarbec stud farm and Pénélope Leprevost intend to maintain a close personal relationship, and Clarbec wishes Pénélope all the best for her athletic career as well as in her business and coaching projects. Pénélope Leprevost equally wishes the Clarbec stud farm well in its future sporting endeavours. No decision has been made yet about what will be done with the horses which have been ridden by Pénélope Leprevost. The stud farm will make these decisions without rushing."
